ADMINISTRATIVE & PROJECT MANAGER

The Administrative & Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting both the Marketing and Sales teams at Altamont. This role ensures that projects, campaigns, and initiatives stay on track by organizing calendars, managing timelines, and improving cross-team communication. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Admin/Project Manager will check in with stakeholders, follow up on deliverables, and provide regular status reports to the Chief Growth Officer.

• This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — a problem-solver who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting creative and sales-driven teams.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and executing visual designs across packaging, merchandise, and marketing collateral. This role is hands-on with beer labels, product packaging, and sales materials while also supporting the development of apparel and brand campaigns.

• Essential job duties and responsibilities include beer & product design, merchandise & retail, sales & marketing collateral, and brand consistency.

Content Creator/Social Channel Manager

The Content Creator / Social Channel Manager will focus primarily on photography and video production — capturing the energy of our brewery, taproom, events, and product launches. This role combines creative production with social media management, ensuring the right content is delivered to the right audience across all major platforms.
