Paying homage to the Simcoe hop; this crushable IPA has a touch of crystal malt and candy-like sweetness, to balance the hoppy aroma and flavor. Some may get a catty character from Simcoe, however, we think it’s a kick-ass hop. Big flavors of citrus, pine, and melon; followed by an aroma of tropical fruit and melon. This IPA is crisp, clean, and super tasty.
