SEASONAL OFFERING

This was the birth of our OG Session Ale, Left Coast (later known as Undersized IPA). Batch #1 featured a mix of hops from industry friends, and we borrowed yeast from Boneyard Beer, which got lost in transit, causing further delays. Despite the challenges of starting a brewery, we created a delightful Session IPA with Cascade, Summit, and Zythos hops. Our malt recipe remained unchanged with a base of 2-row, a hint of Vienna, and light crystal malt. This 4.8% Session IPA boasts refreshing hop flavors, including tangerine, citrus, and tropical fruits.
