A West Coast IPA featuring new school and old school C hops. The beer begins with a malt base of 2 row and blonde roasted oats. It imparts a mild biscuit flavor, slight sweetness and nice mouthfeel. In the kettle we featured T90 pellets of the classic C hops: Cascade, Centennial and Chinook. Adding flavors and aromas of citrus, pine, spice and resin. On the dry hop we featured Cryo versions of the new C hops: Cashmere, Citra, Cryo Pop. Adding huge flavors and aromas of tropical fruits, lemon lime, stone fruit and citrus! Enjoy all the finest attributes of old school and new school IPAs!
