A West Coast IPA featuring new school and old school C hops. The beer begins with a malt base of 2 row and blonde roasted oats; imparting a mild biscuit flavor, slight sweetness, and nice mouthfeel. In the kettle we featured T90 pellets of the classic C hops: Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook. Adding flavors and aromas of citrus, pine, spice, and resin. On the dry hop we featured Cryo versions of the new C hops: Cashmere, Citra, Cryo Pop. Adding huge flavors and aromas of tropical fruits, lemon lime, stone fruit, and citrus!
